About Amanda
Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and licensed to provide therapy in both Florida & South Carolina. She brings a diverse background in mental health, having worked with individuals and families across a range of settings and life stages.
Amanda has experience providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, teens, and adults, both in person and through telehealth services.

Amanda is currently accepting clients ages 16 and older who reside in Florida or South Carolina for virtual therapy.
After founding Ground & Grow Your Mind Therapy, she has focused her work on supporting specific populations with more targeted needs, offering personalized, compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment.​​

Teaching others positive ways to cope with various situations, overwhelming emotions and life obstacles while possibly being that "one person" to truly listen and empathize with them is very rewarding to me."
